Ex-demonstration AXYZ 6010 ATC
High performance, large format machine with servo drives on all axes and a 7 station autotoolchange system making it ideal for higher productivity applications as well as smaller batch manufacturing. This machine can be used for machining all plastics, woods and metals in 2D and full 3D. The closed loop servo drives ensure reliable trouble free operation whilst maintaining fine tolerances on all cutting operations.
This is an ex-demo AXYZ 6010 machine with the following specification:
- Process area: 2159mm x 3048mm x 150 - 450mm Z axis clearance
- 5hp HSD quick release spindle
- 7 station automatic toolchange
- Servos with Rack & Pinion drives on X and Y, ballscrew on Z
- Zoned Vacuum bed with exhauster
- Automatic tool length calibration
- A2MC machine controller

Used machines are normally fully refurbished and serviced in our factory before delivery. This will include replacement or repair of badly worn parts and updates where appropriate to the latest machine control software and firmware. Unless stated otherwise used machines are supplied with a 12 month warranty.
